2. Billing, Payments, and International Settlements You agree to pay all applicable fees or charges to your account in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time of purchase. • Currency and Processing: All transaction prices are listed and processed primarily in United States Dollars (USD). Card processing and gateway settlements are handled via our authorized international merchant routing partners (including Payoneer). • Security: All sensitive data exchanges between the Website and Users occur over an SSL-secured, encrypted communication channel protected by digital signatures. • Order Verification: If a purchase is flagged as a high-risk transaction, we reserve the right to require a valid government-issued photo ID and a recent bank statement for the payment method used to verify authorization prior to manufacturing. • Order Refusal and Limitations: We reserve the right to change pricing, refuse any order, or limit/cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order at our sole discretion. 3. Global Supply Chain and Order Execution • Made-to-Order Nature: Our custom white gold jewellery and customized rings are handcrafted, individually cast, and made-to-order based on our original design specifications. • Origin of Fulfillment: By placing an order, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that our specialized manufacturing, production, and high-fidelity stone-setting operations are located in Thailand. Finished products are packaged and dispatched directly from our designated fulfillment hub in Thailand to your global destination. No physical inventory enters or passes through the territory of Georgia. • Custom Clearances and Import Duties: As the importer of record, the User is solely responsible for any customs clearance procedures, import duties, taxes, or local tariffs levied by the destination country. Malaya Jewellery is not responsible for transit delays caused by destination customs authorities.

4. Accuracy of Information While we strive for accuracy, our Website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to pricing, product availability, promotions, and offers. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change, update, or cancel orders based on inaccurate information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted). 5. Intellectual Property Rights This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property owned by Malaya Jewellery or third parties to you. All rights, titles, and interests in such property remain solely with Individual Entrepreneur Andrzej Ryszard Rybszleger. All trademarks, service marks, graphics, original jewellery designs, CAD files, product photography, and logos used in connection with our Website or Services are trademarks or registered intellectual property of Malaya Jewellery or our licensors.
